Reporting Your Tutoring Hours to the Pollard Memorial Library Adult
Literacy Program
Tutors need to report their previous month's tutoring hours to the PML-ALP by the first day of the new month, i.e. December's tutoring hours need to be reported by January 1st. Please be sure to include your name, your student's or students' name(s), and the number of hours you and your student(s) met the previous month.

Leave your hours in an envelope with Julie Iatron's name on it at the Reference Desk.
Mail your hours to Julie Iatron's attention at 401 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA 01852. Pleas note that this letter must be received by the first day of the new month.
Tutors, please remember that even if you and your student(s) had zero hours during the previous month, we still need to count that in our statistics. If you and your student did not meet, please let us know the reason so we can note that as well. Thanks for your cooperation!
