Borrow a Museum Pass

"Enjoy your visit to the museum!"

The Pollard Memorial Library is pleased to offer passes to a range of museums in Lowell, Boston and nearby communities. These passes allow patrons either free or reduced price entry depending on the individual museum. You can book museum passes in person, by phone (978.970.4120), or with our new online museum pass reservation system.

To use the online system you must be a Lowell resident with a valid library card from the Pollard Memorial Library, know your 4 digit PIN, and have no more than $.10 in fines. For non-Lowell members of the Pollard Library Friends group and other non-Lowell cardholders who would like to book a museum pass, please call the library (978.970.4120) or stop by in person.

Guidelines for Reserving Museum Passes

Both coupon passes and those that must be returned may be picked up no earlier than one day before the date of the visit.
Passes may be booked up to 45 days in advance of the desired date.
Restrictions:
- Maximum reservations per day = 3
- Maximum reservations per week = 5
- Maximum reservations month = 20
- Maximum reservations per month on individual passes = 4
Passes MUST be returned by 10:00 AM the day after the date for which the pass was reserved
